The 3 C’s of Social Media Marketing

You must learn the “3 C’s ” of Social Media Marketing

Capture         Connect       Close

Capture- you have to capture leads

Leads in this business are the lifeblood  of our business

You have to have a lead coming into your business… whether you are working your networking business offline or online… NO LEADS… NO BUSINESS!!!

Even brick and mortar businesses need people walking through the door every day in order to be in business, that’s why they advertise and ask for referrals….

What we do online or in social media marketing is we BUILD OUR BRAND.. we attract the people that are in our target market to us by using our CAPTURE PAGE…. (or your front door) so that they can knock and you can let them in if they meet your targeted market.

So what is your FRONT DOOR? … Your CAPTURE PAGE... You need to have some method that you are capturing their name, email, and phone numbers so that you can do #2 CONNECT...

This is why it’s important to get your FREE CONTENT GIVEAWAY... with a link on your Facebook Fan Page…

**** Pick your main focus of where you are going to BUILD YOUR BRAND on what platform… Only pick one platform (Facebook, Pinterest, Periscope, etc.) …Until you are generating 5 leads a day on one platform.

CONNECT-means having a conversation with someone

Getting Started: 

Use your profile page to redirect people to your Facebook Fan Page (or business page) where you will be able to run ads on posts that get a lot of engagement.

Post CONTENT  that EDUCATES  and ENTERTAINS your friends and families.

Remember Facebook is built on BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS not on building your business.

That’s why posting pictures, stories, and videos build great relationships with others.

ENGAGE with people that LIKE, COMMENT, or SHARE your posts and pictures.

***** Quick Note**** Remember most of the time before you even ask for a friendship request your prospect  has already gone to your Facebook page and checked you out! That’s why its important to keep your Facebook page up to date with entertaining and educational posts.

The first thing you need to do is send them a friend request (only 10 a day-otherwise Facebook jail)

First go and check out their Facebook profile page and see if they are a good fit for your target market.

Chances are they will accept your friendship request because they are new network marketers or someone that has an interest that matches up to your product.

***** Now before I request a friendship with them I go into their Facebook Profile… I am looking for a few things about them:

  1. To see if they are a person that is a good fit for my targeted market.
  2. Find something that I can comment on about their profile page so that I can have a conversation with them and get to know them .
  3. To see if I can offer them a solution to any problems that they might be having that I could help them with.

These are the ACTION STEPS I take to have them RESPOND TO MY FRIENDSHIP REQUEST FASTER:

It’s called  the 3-2-1 Method

  1. I like 3 of their posts (if I can-sometimes their privacy is set so that you can’t like or comment on a post until you are a friend)
  2. Leave 2 comments on their profile page (if I can)
  3. Follow them

WHY?  

Because Facebook sends them a notification when I do these 3 things and that lets them know who I am before I ever send them a message….

Because when they get that notification from Facebook about me, they immediately go check out my profile page and check me out and see WHO I AM!!!!!

Then I send them a private message… (remember you just want to have a conversation with someone like you would if you were standing there in person at a party talking to them)

Here is an example of a conversation you would have with someone that is looking to generate more leads with their home business (which is my targeted market)

or keep this Acronym “FORM”– (in mind….) which means FAMILY, OCCUPATION, RECREATION, MONEY 

Hey, it’s great to connect!  Whereabouts do you live in…. ? (when they respond).. oh, neat!

I noticed one of your posts that (that you had a new baby…you just went on a vacation to Aruba (you get the message, right?, just say what you seen in their post about what you liked on their profile page)

After some warm up, then always give them a complement, (about something that you have seen them post about)

and then ask, “what do you do for a living …?” …(when they tell you)… Oh really? that’s neat.

ask, “how long have you done that?

then ask, I see your also in xyz company.. how long have you been with that company?

Are you happy with xyz company? (find out their answer before replying)

Most of the time they will come back with a complaint, this is where you can come back with a solution by asking, If I could show you a way to make money with people that don’t join your company, would you be open to checking it out?

If they love their company then just say, (because remember we are here to enhance their success with their company, not to take them away from it)

How are you doing with generating leads online? (wait for their answer before replying)

most of the time they will come back with, I wish I was doing better, need help.

“Ask them this question, Would you like to know how to make money with people that don’t join your company? 

If they say No, then just wish them well and move on to the next person you can help generate leads online and be successful with their company.

and if they ever ask what YOU do, just say that you are with a company that helps train new people online…

You want to find out WHERE they are mainly focusing their efforts.. and see if they want a Free Training on whatever they are focusing on.. BOOM..

You will want to connect and have conversations with at least 5 people a day part time, 10 people a day if you are doing your network marketing business full time.

If they are a prospect that is asking lots of questions, ask to get their number so that you can call and talk to them in person to answer their questions.

CLOSE:  *****How DO YOU CLOSE?

****Start by ASKING LOTS OF QUESTIONS?????!!!! (this is also part of the connecting section)

****REMEMBER***You are in CONTROL if you are asking the Questions.

You won’t be able to CLOSE until you FIND OUT WHAT THEIR PROBLEM IS and if you HAVE A SOLUTION FOR THEM OR NOT.

****Important NOTE:  It’s important to know your targeted market so that you can be a good solution for their problem otherwise you’re wasting yours and their time.*****

For example if someone’s problem is losing weight but you’re in a travel network marketing company… You are probably not going to be a big solution finder for that person and they will get irritated with you very quickly because there is nothing to base a relationship with each other on.
